Collar: measure around the base of your neck, add 1–2 cm (about a finger’s space).
Quick size chart: US → EU: 14.5→37, 15→38, 15.5→39, 16→41, 16.5→42, 17→43, 17.5→44, 18→46, 18.5→47, 19→48, 19.5→49.
Chest/Waist: measure at the widest point of the chest and waist (don’t suck in).
Move your arms up/forward — the shirt should not pull at the shoulders or come untucked.
