Description
PIVOT A35A is an updated rugged case with an integrated mounting system, designed for iPad mini (6th generation) and iPad mini with the A17 Pro chip in demanding environments. PIVOT solutions have long been used by commercial aviation crews and units worldwide as a reliable platform for EFB and navigation tasks. The idea is simple — better mounting, better protection.
The case provides full 360-degree protection for the device: edges, corners and the back panel are protected from damage during everyday use, transport and working on the move. The updated PIVOT Folio Cover protects the screen when the tablet is in a bag or in the cockpit, while also serving as a support for viewing in landscape orientation. For maximum stability, use it together with the reinforced PIVOT Kickstand: it is stronger thanks to increased thickness, reinforcing ribs and latches, and the adjustment range lets you choose the right angle for the task — up to 120° in landscape mode, with support for portrait desktop viewing.
The removable PIVOT Pencil Edge holds an Apple Pencil Pro (stylus not included), and the Minimal Contact Design touches the iPad only at the necessary points. This reduces heat build-up and improves ventilation through openings on the back, and also helps keep the tablet’s body free from scuffs. In addition, the design does not block Wi‑Fi, GPS or LTE, which is important for stable operation on the road and in flight.
Included is the PIVOT Single Suction Cup Mount aviation mount. It secures to any non-porous surface using a PanaVise vacuum suction cup with a mechanical lock, while the adjustable arm and mounting plate allow you to quickly set a comfortable viewing angle. The mount has passed laboratory testing and is rated for loads up to 4 lb (≈1.8 kg) at 20 g.
