The Individual General-Issue First Aid Kit (AMZI) per MoD Order No. 506 with two tourniquets, Pixel is a ready-to-go solution for situations where procedure and seconds are decisive. It suits combat tasks, training, evacuation, service in units, the work of medics and rescuers, and also civilians assembling a competent first-aid set in line with modern practices. Two tourniquets in the kit let you immediately address the most dangerous scenario—massive haemorrhage—without hunting for extra items in your loadout.
The pouch’s key feature is a silent quick-release mechanism. It allows you to remove the kit from a plate carrier or battle belt/webbing without Velcro noise, which is especially important during night operations, covert movement, and in cramped vehicles. The attachment is via MOLLE: a retainer/clip passes through a cell, weaving the pouch and platform webbing together. To release, simply lift the clip and pull it out—the pouch detaches instantly and remains on a retention cord, so you don’t lose the kit when changing position, working on your knees, or on the move. If needed, the cord can be cut quickly.
The outer Cordura 500D NIR fabric withstands daily abrasion against gear, jerks, and loads, while its NIR properties help reduce visibility in the infrared spectrum under active NVG use. Inside, components are arranged logically: the essentials are on top and within quick reach, smaller items are secured, and zips with large pullers let you work confidently even in gloves. This is a first aid kit that doesn’t just “sit on your kit”—it supports clear, no-fuss actions at the hardest moment.
