Description
Matek Mateksys H743 SLIM V4 is a compact 30.5×30.5 mm flight controller for builds where both performance and neat wiring matter. At its core is the 480 MHz STM32H743VIH6 with ample memory, so it confidently runs ArduPilot, Betaflight or INAV on fast FPV quads, wings or hybrid platforms. For stabilisation it features two ICM42688P gyroscope/accelerometer sensors — useful when you need extra reliability or you’re building a complex setup with strong vibrations.
The V4 revision brings several practical improvements to power delivery and protection: the 5V BEC is upgraded to 2.5A, and the filtered VBAT output for the video system is increased to 2A. A TVS protection stage has been added to the main power input, along with enhanced protection for MCU I/O lines — improving resistance to voltage spikes and wiring mistakes in the field. The barometer is updated to DPS368, which better withstands dust, humidity and spray — especially relevant for flying in challenging weather.
For analogue video it includes the AT7456E OSD, and for digital systems it supports DJI FPV OSD via any free UART. Logs are stored to a microSD Blackbox — convenient for tuning and flight analysis. The board provides 13 PWM outputs (including the “LED” pad) for motors, servos or accessories, two I2C buses, SPI breakout options, and 6 ADC channels for measurements (VBAT, current via an external sensor, RSSI, analogue airspeed, etc.). Two switchable camera inputs and a VTX video out simplify builds with a backup camera.
