Description

This analogue FPV video transmitter (VTX) is designed for systems that require the most reliable video link and plenty of power headroom. Operating in the 6.1–7.2 GHz range moves video transmission above the common 5.8 GHz band — useful when standard frequencies are congested or when a project needs a separate frequency segment. Support for 64 channels (as stated by the manufacturer) makes it easier to pick the right frequency for specific conditions and allows you to run multiple independent video links.

The transmitter offers four output power levels: 500 mW, 2 W, 5 W and 10 W. This is convenient both for bench setup and for flights/missions with increased range requirements. For safe operation around other systems, PIT mode is provided — a minimal-radiation mode during preparation and testing.

Settings can be adjusted using the buttons on the housing or remotely via IRC Tramp from a compatible flight controller. Changing frequency and power through the OSD saves time and reduces the risk of mistakes when the transmitter is installed in a hard-to-reach place. The analogue video input supports NTSC/PAL; transmission uses FM modulation with an 8 MHz channel bandwidth.

For thermal stability at 5–10 W, active cooling is used: a fan combined with a CNC aluminium housing efficiently dissipates heat. Another advantage is the wide power input range of DC 7–36 V, making the VTX easy to connect to various platforms. Compact dimensions and two mounting-hole standards simplify integration into UAVs, aircraft, ground stations and specialised video platforms.
