Description

TBS Crossfire Micro TX V2 is a compact long-range transmitter module for radio transmitters with a JR bay. It’s designed for FPV drones, aircraft and other platforms where link stability, low latency and reliable telemetry matter. The module operates within the TBS Crossfire ecosystem and uses the CRSF (Crossfire Serial Protocol), delivering fast, accurate control commands as well as a return link.

Micro TX V2 supports operation in the 868/915 MHz band (depending on the regional version), which penetrates obstacles better than 2.4 GHz and provides a confident link over long distances. The system uses frequency hopping (FHSS/DSSS) and adaptive channel management algorithms: the module can optimise radio-link parameters to current conditions — from dense urban areas to open terrain. For flights where precise control feel is critical, a refresh rate up to 150 Hz is available, noticeably reducing latency and making the radio response more “direct”.

Transmit power can be set within 25 mW–1 W, choosing the balance between range and power consumption/regional compliance. For configuration, receiver binding and firmware updates, USB Type‑C is provided. In practice, this means quick setup, convenient servicing and up-to-date firmware without extra cables.
