Description
Matek System FCHUB-12S V2 is a professional power distribution board (PDB) for large FPV quadcopters and X-Class multirotors where stability, clean power and clear diagnostics matter. It accepts a wide 8–60V input range (3–12S LiPo) and distributes it to four ESC channels via heavy-duty copper bus bars designed for high currents. This solution simplifies your wiring: power distribution, signal routing and telemetry connections are all on one board.
To power onboard electronics, it includes three regulators: 5V for the flight controller/receiver, 12V for the video system, and 3.3V for auxiliary modules. The 12V rail operates correctly when the input is at least 12V; below that it follows the battery voltage, which is important to consider when choosing your VTX/camera. A standout feature is the 12VSW output: it can be switched on/off by the flight controller via PINIO — handy for safe start-up, saving power on the ground, or quickly “resetting” the video transmitter.
The built-in current sensor (up to 440A) provides accurate readings for telemetry and log recording, helping you monitor real consumption and spot power-train issues early. The board features short-circuit protection (up to 2 seconds) with auto-recovery, plus LED indicators for the 5V/12V rails for quick power checks during assembly. Compact dimensions and the standard 30.5×30.5 mm mounting pattern make the FCHUB-12S V2 a great fit for powerful custom frames.
