Description:

Made according to the analogue of knee pads for the US Army. All protective functions, the possibility of quick removal are preserved, only the shape of the pads has been improved for greater convenience and comfort when wearing.

The main element of knee protection is a durable pad, which is made entirely of Italian raw materials. Thanks to the use of a mixture of hard and soft plastic, the pad is very elastic, without losing its strength. It bends easily and takes the shape of the knee when the leg bends.

The pad is attached to the base using metal eyelets with powder coating. The eyelets are installed on a special electromagnetic machine, which ensures the most reliable, with the right force, their flattening. A washer is placed in the middle for additional pressure and protection of the fabric.

The knee pads are attached to the leg using double fasteners. The upper one is a 40mm premium elastic band. Thanks to it, the fastening does not overwhelm the muscles in the upper part and stretches with the change in the volume of the leg. The lower one is a 40mm sling, specially non-elastic, so that the knee pad does not slip and stays in one position. Both fasteners are adjustable in length, thanks to which the knee pads will fit any leg.

The knee pads are put on and taken off very quickly and easily thanks to the quick release function (special strong hooks at the ends of the fasteners and a fixing button on the knee pads themselves).

The soft rubber knee pad cushion is 13mm thick. On the inside, it is sewn with a fabric lining with a 2mm polyfoam layer glued. The durable pad in combination with a 15mm "cushion" allows you to absorb even the strongest blows. The flexibility and softness of the knee pads ensure their comfortable use when shooting from one knee, performing maneuvers and during strikes of various types.

The outer part of the knee pads is made of certified Cordura Nylon 1000d fabric with a special IRR coating that does not glow in night vision devices. The fabric is specially designed for use in tactical and military equipment, is waterproof, resistant to abrasion and extremely durable. The "pillows" of the knee pads have been tested and are not accidentally shaped like this. The upper part is partially movable and bends with the movement of the leg. There is a cutout in the lower part so that the knee pad does not create pressure on the shin bone. Such a knee pad is more comfortable during long-term use.
