This is an extended 20-item kit assembled for the most critical scenarios — massive bleeding, airway/breathing issues, wound dressing, thermal protection, casualty marking, and basic support tools.

The key feature of “Wolverine” is a silent quick-release mechanism. You can detach the pouch from your kit without compromising sounds, and if needed you can work with the IFAK while it is hanging on a lanyard. The design is optimised for stress and gloves: controls are easy to spot, and the zips have practical grabs so you don’t waste seconds searching.

Cordura 500D NIR withstands hard use, abrasion against gear and weather exposure, while NIR properties reduce “glow” in the infrared spectrum. The pouch form factor is well balanced: it won’t hinder movement, yet it carries enough supplies to provide care up to the MEDEVAC stage. “Wolverine” is a ready-to-go solution: mount it on MOLLE, check your tourniquet, and follow your protocol.

How the silent release works: the clip/retainer is threaded through a MOLLE cell and interweaves the straps of the pouch and the plate carrier/battle belt. To release — pull the clip upwards and remove it: the pouch will detach and remain on the retention lanyard; if necessary, the lanyard can be cut.
