The stocked “Wolverine” IFAK in Pixel camo is an individual tactical medical kit in an extended configuration for service members, combat medics, rescuers, and anyone working in high-risk environments. The form factor is designed so that life-saving first-aid items are always at hand and can be accessed fast — even in the dark or while wearing gloves. With dimensions of 22×17×10 cm it stays compact without sacrificing contents: inside is a selected set for massive haemorrhage control, chest injury care, basic dressing, and additional field tasks.
The pouch is made from Cordura 500D NIR — a durable, abrasion-resistant material with low visibility in the infrared spectrum. The key feature is the silent quick-release: the IFAK detaches from MOLLE as fast as possible and without unnecessary noise — crucial when working “at zero” or during evacuation. The zip design with extended cord pulls lets you open the pouch in one motion, while the ergonomic layout of components helps you avoid wasting seconds searching for what you need.
The kit comes with a tourniquet of your choice (CAT / DNIPRO GEN 2 / SICH) to meet your requirements and current protocols. We recommend adding a decompression needle according to your level of training and the approved standards of use.
