Description

This open tourniquet pouch is designed for situations where every second counts. Its construction delivers the fastest possible access: the large pull tab is easy to locate even with gloves and lets you open the pouch one-handed with one decisive movement. This is critical during casualty evacuation, working in cover, or when your other hand is occupied supporting the injured person.

The base is made from rigid, abrasion-resistant webbing that holds its shape well and withstands daily carry on a plate carrier, belt or backpack. Wide elastic side walls clamp the tourniquet securely to prevent it from falling out, while still allowing quick extraction. The top hook-and-loop closure combined with side elastics lets you adjust the height and depth to your specific tourniquet model so it sits stable and doesn’t protrude.

For full readiness to control bleeding, the pouch includes a pocket for trauma shears additionally secured with webbing, as well as an elastic holder for a marker so you can immediately note the time of application. The rigid MOLLE strap mounting ensures a solid fit and minimises pouch wobble on the platform.

Compatible with C.A.T., SOF-T, SWAT tourniquets and Ukrainian haemostatic tourniquets such as “K.O.T.”, “Python-3”, “SICH”, and other equivalents.
