SKYDROID YL50 1.4G/2.4G is a compact dual-band FPV transmitter built around a practical 3‑in‑1 concept: it combines UAV control, data link and HD video transmission in a single module. Fewer separate devices means cleaner wiring, faster installation and improved reliability when you need consistent performance in the field.

The YL50 operates on 1.4 GHz and 2.4 GHz. You can run either band on its own or use both to improve link stability and reduce the impact of interference. With dynamic frequency switching supported, the system can better cope with congested RF environments and maintain a dependable signal where standard setups often struggle.

Paired with the R30 receiver, the YL50 can deliver a working range of up to 50 km (under optimal conditions). It supports common control formats PPM (8 channels) and SBUS (16 channels), making integration straightforward for multirotors, fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, as well as ground and marine platforms. A wide input voltage range of 7.2–80 V via XT60 provides flexibility across different power systems and battery configurations.

Connectivity is designed for real-world builds: Type‑C, RJ45 LAN, SBUS/PPM, XT60 and SMA antenna ports help you set up quickly and keep everything serviceable. Despite its capability, the unit remains lightweight and compact at 204.5 g with antenna, making it a good fit even for space- and weight-sensitive platforms.
