Description

The large “red” first-aid kit is an expanded civilian set for situations where speed and correct actions save lives. It is designed with today’s risks in mind: missile and artillery strikes, shrapnel trauma, road traffic accidents, domestic injuries and thermal burns. The main focus is stopping massive bleeding and supporting vital functions until medics arrive.

Unlike “overloaded” kits, this set deliberately contains no needles, tubes or other invasive items that can be dangerous without training. Instead, it includes a double supply of critical items: two certified SICH tourniquets for reliable control of arterial limb bleeding, and two BloodSaver haemostatic bandages for packing deep wounds. For additional bleeding control and stable compression, it includes z-Gauze and a 4″ Israeli bandage.

The kit also includes a solution for chest wounds — a vented pair of occlusive chest seals to help seal an open wound when pneumothorax is suspected. A CPR face shield with one-way valve is included for safer resuscitation. The burn-care section includes OpikUn hydrogel products to cool, reduce pain and protect the affected area, while antiseptic wipes help quickly clean the skin around the wound. The emergency blanket reduces the risk of hypothermia and shock, which is especially important with blood loss.

The set is complemented by tactical trauma shears for quick access to the wound, gloves, and a marker to record the tourniquet application time. This is a kit that’s convenient to keep at home, in the car, at the workplace, or take for evacuation — when you need a truly effective first-aid reserve.
